We’re looking for someone to help define the next chapter of Renegade – not just redesign a logo.
Who we are
Renegade is a London based urban winery exploring what wine can become when you remove the boundaries. A winery that works with premium English vineyards, buys top quality grapes and crafts new and progressive styles of wine. All wines are made in Walthamstow, E17.
We’re progressive, not confrontational: experimental, not punk.
It started in a railway arch in Bethnal Green back in the summer of 2016. The old winery, now a bar is still a key social hub and the place where we meet many of our community. The Walthamstow winery is where the wine actually gets made, and where we throw the doors open for drinks, food, parties, supper clubs and events that go well beyond a tasting. We make wine with integrity and curiosity – and we want to bring people along with us while we do it.
Our values: Quality. Progressive. Transparent. Inclusive. Why now This is the next chapter for Renegade – sharper, not a full rebrand. The logo, typography and colours we have aren’t wrong, they’re just not distinctive enough yet.
Working collaboratively with Warwick our founder and the marketing team.
What we’re looking for
We care about curiosity, originality, sharp thinking and taste – wine experience or agency experience isn’t the requirement. Whether that’s an established studio or someone still at university, we don’t know who you are yet, and that’s the point.
Cool, clean and ownable. Not fussy, not twee. Small, deliberate details rather than loud gestures. What to avoid: anything that leans too directly into the natural wine aesthetic.
Skills and Experience Required
Open to anyone with curiosity, originality and taste, from established studios to people still at university.
Disability Confident Employer
We can confirm that we are a Disability Confident Employer (Level 1-3) who can welcome a wide-range of disabled applicants within our level of training.

We are committed to offering a working environment where everyone is valued and feels appreciated.
