Job Description
The Role
University of the Arts London (UAL) has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join the UAL Online team as a Student Success Officer.
This role will be pivotal in shaping the learning journey of students and guiding them through their degrees from initial enrolment through to graduation.
You will play a critical part in connecting with individuals, understanding their aspirations, and providing key information at timely intervention points to ensure high levels of progression, retention and achievement across all our degrees.

About you
As a highly self-motivated and proactive individual, you will be able to work independently, both in-person and remotely. You are an excellent collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, who thrives in managing a high volume of daily consultative calls and tasks. You will also be capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure while working towards tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse, international audience. Your work will help bring UAL Online to life for our students, guiding them through their journey from enrolment to graduation.
