Join a vibrant, inclusive creative community at the heart of UAL’s School of Pre-Degree Studies. Based at our Lime Grove site in West London, you\’ll help nurture the next generation of artists and designers as they begin their creative journeys.
We\’re seeking two Admissions Support Tutors with subject expertise in either Fine Art & 3D or Graphics, Media, Screen and Communication to play a key role in the admissions process for our pre-degree courses. You’ll assess portfolios, review applications, and make fair, inclusive decisions on offers, rejections, or referrals across a wide range of creative pathways.
With a background in FE or HE admissions and a strong understanding of creative practice, you’ll also support our student recruitment activities, from open days to outreach events, helping to grow and diversify our applicant pipeline.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your subject knowledge with a passion for widening access to arts education, in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Role 1 (Fine Art, 3D): The working hours are 14.8 hours per week (0.4 FTE), 52 weeks per year.
Role 2 (Graphics, Media, Screen and Communication): The working hours are 22.20 hours per week (0.6 FTE), 52 weeks per year.
The anticipated start for both roles is January 2026.

About You

We are seeking candidates with proven experience in student recruitment and admissions within the FE or HE sector, alongside teaching experience or equivalent industry practice in Fine Art, 3D, or Graphics, Media, Screen and Communications.

You will be confident in assessing creative portfolios and providing informed, constructive guidance to applicants. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is a commitment to delivering a fair, inclusive, and high-quality admissions experience.
