We are a luxury bridal accessory brand known for our exquisite handcrafted designs. For the month of July 2025, we’re launching an exclusive pop-up store on Elizabeth Street, London, and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Temporary Sales Assistant & Embroidery Machinist to join our team.
The Role
- Sales & Customer Service: Assisting brides and clients in-store, providing expert advice on our luxury accessories, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Embroidery Machining: Operating embroidery machines to assist with on-site customisations, minor alterations, and finishing touches on bridal accessories.
- Stock & Merchandising: Helping with stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the store’s luxurious aesthetic.
- Brand Representation: Embodying our brand values and delivering exceptional service to our high-end clientele.

Skills and Experience Required
What We’re Looking For:
- Embroidery machine experience – familiarity with industrial embroidery machines.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion, bridal, or accessories is preferred but not necessary.
- A passion for bridal fashion and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced pop-up environment.
