The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Conduct image research for various projects and organise references using specific software. Provide lighting assistance for personal projects as needed. Manage the studio’s day to day operations, including handling emails, sending parcels, and maintaining stock levels. Update and maintain the studio database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on freelancers. Research and identify new freelancers and teams to collaborate with on projects. Organise and track project expenses, ensuring budgets are well managed. Research new technologies. Use Keynote and InDesign to finalise creative treatments and presentations. Social Media planning, keeping the website up to date, Vimeo, and Page of Models.com. Assisting on editorial design and moving image projects.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in image research and database management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and an interest in photography or image making.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
  • Basic retouching skills.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting assisting is a bonus but not required.
  • Video editing is a bonus.
  • Interest or experience in Art direction and Graphic Design is a bonus.
