We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment Manager to join our vibrant team at Central Saint Martins (CSM). In this role, you will plan and manage student recruitment activity that contributes to the University's mission of empowering individuals to shape culture, society and the economy through creativity.

You will design and deliver a comprehensive engagement strategy that integrates both in-person and digital approaches, including digital workshops, portfolio advice sessions, student counselling and advisory support for prospective students from target schools, colleges and regions.

You will also be responsible for planning and delivering a programme of College open days that effectively showcases CSM, ensuring accessible opportunities for prospective students regardless of location. This will include coordinating campus tours and visits, as well as overseeing participation in key global recruitment events such as UCAS, British Council and other higher education guidance events.

Working closely with the Student Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a cohesive strategy to support progression from the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, while liaising directly with CSM course teams to coordinate recruitment activity and manage the Student Ambassador programme.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and bring strong knowledge of art.
