Hours 8:30 am - 5:30 pm based on-site in East London 5 days per week.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Senior Account Manager and wider Sales Team combining accuracy with speed.
Accurately manage and input sales orders into internal systems with speed and attention to detail.
Leverage your first-class communication skills to liaise with internal departments, including design and technical, to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare sales documentation, including order confirmations and costing sheets of a high quality that’s delivered on time every time.
Effectively track and chase approvals, follow up on fit comments and action costings as required.
Maintain and update customer records.
Conduct market and customer research to support the sales strategy.
Assist in preparing accurate information for your Account Manager.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience working in a retail or manufacturer environment is desirable though not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Easily able to work at pace in a constantly changing environment and successfully manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Excellent organisation, co-ordination and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in fashion, with a good eye for product.
- Proactive, with the confidence to use initiative.
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is advantageous though not essential.
- A completed qualification in a fashion-related subject is advantageous.
