The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

As a Reader, you will play a key role in your appointed field of research and be expected to make major research contributions to your field of expertise and the College's research environment, as well as support research activities and outcomes.

You will actively seek to attract external research funding, participate in academic debates nationally and internationally, deliver high quality research outputs, and contribute to research-informed learning and teaching and to UAL events.

Based at Wimbledon College of Arts, which is part of the School of Art and Performance, you will provide research expertise that enhances our curriculum strengths in performance design and contribute to our research ambitions.

About you

You have an in depth understanding of performance design and performance technologies, and be at the forefront of developments in how they interact. You will have experience of enhancing the student experience through research informed learning.

You will have experience of applying for and achieving funding from external sources, and leading on international and externally facing networks and collaborations. Joining a small team, you will have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
