Approved Cleaning Company is looking for an entry-level Footwear & Leather Restoration Artisan to join our growing workshop team in London. This role is ideal for someone with some existing hands-on skill or restoration experience who is looking to further develop within luxury footwear and leather restoration. You should already be comfortable working carefully with materials and completing detail-focused work, while still being open to learning and improving within a workshop environment. You will be working within a creative workshop environment focused on high-quality restoration, premium client experience, and luxury craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with footwear and handbag restoration
  • Completing basic repainting and restoration work
  • Supporting cleaning, preparation, and finishing work
  • Learning advanced leather and suede restoration techniques
  • Supporting workshop organisation and workflow
  • Working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assisting with workshop content and behind-the-scenes production where needed

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Some hands-on experience working with footwear, leather goods, restoration, painting, fashion, or craftsmanship
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality
  • Ability to complete basic cleaning, repainting, or restoration work to a good standard
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing advanced restoration techniques
  • Comfortable working within a workshop environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • London-based preferred
