The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 € per hour.

Salary: £15.65 per hour

Hours: 150 Hours, from 1 September to 13 November 2026 (Note: Internship may complete before 13 November 2026). Hours flexible, to be agreed at onboarding stage with you.

Internship Length: 11 weeks max

Internship Location: Hybrid. Occasionally meet Creative Director for meetings, usually at the Tate

Supervisor Job Title: Director and Co-founder

Month 1: Researching colour palettes, visual patterns, and UI concepts. Creating marketing templates and solving design problems.

Onwards:

  • Optimisation: Improving the UI for our website and app.
  • AI Content: Using AI workflows to build motion graphics and social media visuals.

This role would suit someone with:

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to approach design with a business goal in mind.
  • Visual Sense: A strong eye for colour psychology and aesthetics.
  • Background: Experience in UI design or visual communication.
  • AI Proficient: Comfortable using AI tools and experienced in visual prompting.

The intern will develop skills in:

  • How to do research for creative direction
  • Using AI workflow for work

Along with the internship, we will offer a business strategy workshop.
