Supervisor Job Title: Founder and Creative Director
This role will support the day-to-day running of Lily Rou across creative, operational, and studio tasks. Duties will include:
- Assisting with studio organisation
- Sample management
- Packing and fulfilment
- Supporting photoshoots and content creation
- Preparing mood boards and design development materials
- Assisting with garment sampling
- Helping maintain brand presentation across social media and e-commerce
- General administrative support
We are looking for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience within a luxury fashion startup environment, ideally studying womenswear, FDD, or fashion contour.
This role offers exposure to the full creative and operational process, including:
- Design development
- Mood boards
- Garment sampling
- High-quality production with specialist finishes and attention to detail, particularly with delicate fabrics such as silk
The role will also support content creation, including:
- Assisting with photoshoots
- Styling preparation
- Social media production
