We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven and innovative professional to join UAL Online as our new Head of Marketing. In this role, you will lead on the development of our marketing strategy for our UAL Online degrees and other Lifelong Learning course products. You'll be responsible for elevating awareness of our new online degree portfolio and for generating leads through strategic, data-driven and cost-effective marketing initiatives on both domestic and international fronts.
You will collaborate closely with our Head of Recruitment to strategically drive conversions of leads to enrolments. Your influence will extend to every facet of our campaigns, ensuring a seamless integration of efforts that culminate in an excellent customer journey from enquiry to enrolment which will be reflective of the quality of the learning experience on our courses.

About you
We're looking for a proactive self-starter with proven leadership experience delivering measurable results in direct marketing, both online and offline. You'll bring strategic thinking, strong leadership skills and the ability to build a positive, high-performance culture.
You will excel at stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication. You should be confident using data to guide decisions to design effective campaigns and report on impact. Above all, you will be motivated by creating exceptional learner experiences and driving continuous improvement across the enquirer to student journey process.
