About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic new Graduate to join our team in an entry level role, supporting the Marketing Manager and wider team with the following:
- Monitoring social media accounts and responding to enquiries (Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Assisting with generating content – liaising with the appropriate departments to track upcoming potential opportunities and making the necessary arrangements.
- Using Canva / Adobe InDesign to generate printed and electronic documents.
- Assisting with filming and photography.
- Responding to media enquiries.
- Sourcing content for internal and external company newsletters.
- Maintaining the integrity of the Constantine brand and adhering to company security policies.
- Maintaining a calendar of upcoming events
- Attending any private views and client visits as mutually agreed with your Coordinator/Manager
- Working at times as may be reasonably required, besides the normal Mon – Fri core office hours.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be reasonably delegated to you
- Liaising with colleagues in both London and Scotland to meet marketing needs.
Skills and Experience Required
Skills & Experience:
- A Marketing or Communications Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Previous entry-level industry experience in a marketing role
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Copywriting and content creation experience
