Responsibilities

  • Receive work and briefs from the senior designer to research and develop new concepts and designs.
  • Support the research of new shoes for shape, construction and details.
  • Produce internal 3D mock-ups in a timely manner for presentations.
  • Update weekly shoe collection plan.
  • Produce renderings and CAD drawings of footwear designs for approval.
  • Maintenance of digital design server.
  • Ensure the studio archive is kept organised.
  • General organisation of the department and support to the design team.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience and interest in fashion and Footwear Design.
  • Good knowledge about fashion.
  • Proven ability to sketch.
  • Technical capability to create mock-ups.
  • Experience working in 3D.
  • Understanding of leathers and fabrics.
