University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality, professional administrative support to the Director of Estates and the wider immediate team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate diary management, correspondence, meetings and priority projects to enable the Director and senior team to operate efficiently and strategically.
- Act as a key point of contact and ambassador for the Estates Department, building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, effective forward planning and the smooth flow of information.
- Support the full breadth of the Estates portfolio and work with colleagues across UAL’s Colleges and central services.
- Draft agendas and notes for senior-level meetings and handle sensitive information with tact and judgement.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment and anticipate needs.
Qualifications
- Highly organised, discreet and professional individual with significant experience supporting senior leaders.
- Confident in managing complex diaries, coordinating senior-level meetings, and drafting relevant materials.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment and balance competing priorities.
