The Digital Content Coordinatoris responsible forthe setup and maintenance of product content on The White Company Website to maximise the global growth of digital business.
Working as part of the Digital Content team as a key person delivering product launches andmaintainingsite standards across all The White Company locales in parallel with all production and trade initiatives.
What you’llbe doing
Product Launch
- Prepare and upload product images. Collate and upload product copy and technical information to the CMS.
- All site launch KPI’s are tracked and published across all stakeholders.
- Responsible for the execution of all product onsite; ensuring brand campaigns, trade activity and site enhancements are launched on time and to the agreed standard.
- Awareness of Editorial content for seasonal features and prioritised to the agreed deadline and SLA.
- Responsible for delivering content for our of Wholesalers and Concession websites, ensuring product information and assets are provided to teams to the agreed deadline and SLA.
- Be an expert at managing all aspects of the product set business as usual work stream including setting up product core information and embellishment materials to the agreed SLA.
- Monitor websites and troubleshoot any issues that arise to the agreed SLA.
- Ensure the product structure follows the agreed taxonomy for customer experience and analytics.
- Continuity lines are reviewed and updated season-on-season when needed
Skills and Experience Required
The skills & experience that you’llneed
- Experience working with imagery, and a basic understanding of Photoshop is desirable, but not necessary.
- Good understanding of Scene7 or other image management software is essential.
- Good understanding of Content Square or Adobe Analytics is desirable, but not necessary.
- Good understanding of websites.
- Good understanding of how content management systems operate.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint. A good grasp of Microsoft Excel and confidence in handling data.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Work well in a team and independently and have a pro-active, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Knowledge and passion about online, multi-channel retail and customer experience
