This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual with experience in partnerships administration and stewardship to join us as a Development Officer (Partnerships). This position is based within the Development & Alumni Relations team, which is responsible for the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of principal gifts, major gifts, trusts and foundations and corporate donors.

Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and the Partnerships and Stewardship Manager, you will deliver essential administrative and operational support across the Partnership team’s activities, with a particular focus on donor stewardship and gift administration. You will also manage a small portfolio of prospects and donors and proactively reach out to brands and organisations to engage them with partnership opportunities at UAL. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and organised fundraiser with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to advancing UAL’s strategic aims.

About you: We are seeking someone with previous experience in partnerships administration and stewardship, ideally with experience of managing a portfolio of partners and soliciting gifts from corporate organisations. You will be highly competent in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with a willingness to learn new systems and software. Experience using donor management databases such as Raiser’s Edge, with a proven track record of accurately entering and maintaining large volumes of data, would be desirable.
