The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 € per hour.

Salary: £15.65 per hour

Hours: 150 Hours, from 1 September to 13 November 2026 (Note: Internship must start 1 September 2026 but may complete before 13 November 2026). Hours are flexible. A weekly schedule will be agreed to suit the intern and supervisor with regular check-in meetings.

Internship Length: 11 weeks (max)

Internship Location: This is an online internship. However, preferably the intern will be available to meet in-person on the first day of the internship. There may be opportunities for the intern to accompany me to networking/marketing activities in London/Surrey. Week 1 location will be the communal workspace at The Hub, 42 Bonar Road, London, SE15 5FB.

CloSh is on the verge of launching and we need your help to run an exciting marketing campaign to attract fashionable, sustainably-minded 16–24-year-olds to trial the CloSh app. You will be involved in every step of the process, from brainstorming innovative campaign ideas to analysing their performance.

Key Tasks:

  • Create and manage a marketing campaign to drive sign-ups to the app.
  • Create engaging content for our social media channels, blog, and email newsletters, maintaining a consistent brand look and tone of voice.
  • Be an enthusiastic ambassador, interacting with students on our social media channels and potentially at in-person events, such as clothes-swaps.
  • Reach out to student organisations and sustainable communities to collaborate and build brand awareness.
  • Analyse the success of content and events and suggest how to improve campaign performance.

At CloSh you will be working directly with me, Isobel Wiles, the founder and soul of CloSh, to help 16–24-year-olds unlock the full potential of their wardrobe, saving them money and reducing their environmental impact. As a social app, CloSh connects friends and local communities to make borrowing and co-owning clothes easy, organised, and fun. We are all about sharing – clothes, ideas, and skills!

  • Get inspired to create content for an exciting new social media app.
  • Discover the inner workings of a Fashion-Tech startup, from business strategy to pitching for funding, while working closely with the founder.
  • Make a meaningful impact on the future of fashion by promoting sustainability and inclusivity in the industry.
  • Build confidence and gain hands-on experience in marketing and brand communication.
  • Practice leading and evaluating marketing campaigns in order to achieve specific goals.

We are looking for a student or graduate from a marketing, branding or communication course, who:

  • Is passionate about sustainability and disrupting the fashion industry.
  • Can problem-solve and generate ideas independently.
  • Can keep on top of multiple tasks and meet all agreed deadlines.
  • Knows the steps to create and manage a marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Has experience creating social media and newsletter content.
  • Can research and capitalise on social media trends.
  • Is familiar with Canva, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Understands how to maintain brand identity.
