The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 € per hour.

Salary: £15.65 per hour

Hours: 150 Hours, from 1 September to 13 November 2026 (Note: can complete before 13 November). Flexible working pattern to be agreed at onboarding stage.

Internship Length: 6 - 11 weeks (max)

Internship Location: Hybrid. Onsite locations across London (specific addresses to be confirmed based on client meetings).

Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with clients, customers and team members
  • Communicates material and finish intent clearly through boards, swatches, and documentation
  • Email communication with the team and customers
  • Help in curation and representing the brand during any exhibition or events that happen during the internship period

This role suits a graduate or final-year student from a Product Design, Industrial Design, Material Futures, Design Products, or Textile and Surface Design background who wants to develop specialist CMF experience within a materials company.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong eye for colour, texture, and material quality
  • Understanding of CMF principles and how finish decisions affect product perception
  • Ability to communicate material and finish intent clearly through boards, swatches, and documentation
  • Curiosity about manufacturing processes and how production constraints shape design decisions
  • Comfortable working with physical materials as well as digital presentation tools
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe suites, AI tools, and CAD modelling are a plus point
  • Knowledge in Excel, Google Workspace
