Supervisor Job Title: Founder and Creative Director

Responsibilities:

  • Concept and design across brand identity, campaign, social, and digital projects
  • Build out visual systems — graphics, colour, grid, motion
  • Research and create mood boards, references, and visual territories for new pitches, showcasing client work, and expanding brand worlds
  • Use AI tools to generate, iterate, and refine design directions at speed
  • Prepare assets for client presentations, social media and final delivery
  • Contribute ideas in studio reviews and brainstorms
  • Support designers, marketing and digital production work as needed

We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye and strong taste, that matters more to us than years of experience. You should have a portfolio that shows your taste profile, and the brand you enjoy creating and consuming.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Genuinely curious about how innovation is shaping creative work
  • Confident in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Opinionated about design
  • Excited to work across very different industries in the same week
  • Comfortable presenting your ideas and taking feedback

A portfolio is required with your application. We care more about how you see things than how polished the case studies are.

What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you?

  • You’ll work directly alongside our Creative Director and senior designers on live projects across multiple industries.
  • The focus is on building brand worlds: developing a strong visual point of view and pairing it with the latest tools that are reshaping how studios work.
  • Over the internship you’ll gain hands-on experience in being a part of an innovative boutique design studio:
    • Building brand identity systems; typography, colour, layout, motion
    • Designing campaign assets, social content, packaging, and digital experiences
    • Using AI-native workflows as part of your design process; not as a shortcut, but as a creative multiplier
    • Understanding how a small studio ships at the speed of a much larger agency with lots of collaboration and adaptive roles.
  • You’ll leave with a portfolio of real, shipped work and a clear understanding of how taste, craft, and technology come together in modern creative practice.

Disability Confident Employer:

We can confirm that we are a Disability Confident Employer (Level 1-3) who can welcome a wide-range of disabled applicants within our level of training. We are an Equal Opportunities Employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their race, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion and belief, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity and caring responsibility. We are committed to offering a working environment where everyone is valued and feels appreciated.
