University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality, professional administrative support to the Director of Estates and the wider immediate team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Estates, this pivotal role will ensure the effective coordination of diary management, correspondence, meetings and priority projects, enabling the Director and senior team to operate efficiently and strategically.
The Executive Assistant will play a proactive role across the full breadth of the Estates portfolio, working closely with colleagues across UAL’s Colleges and central services. Acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for the Estates Department, they will build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective forward planning and the smooth flow of information.
We are seeking a highly organised, discreet and professional individual with significant experience supporting senior leaders. The Executive Assistant will be confident managing complex diaries, coordinating senior-level meetings, drafting agendas and notes, and handling sensitive information with tact and judgement. With excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, they will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment, balancing competing priorities and anticipating needs.
