London College of Fashion (LCF) is seeking a College Admissions Tutor to play a key role in the assessment and processing of undergraduate applications within the Fashion Business School. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the undergraduate recruitment cycle, working closely with Course Leaders to understand suitable applicant profiles and ensure that academic decisions are made effectively. This includes assessing applications, making offers, rejecting unsuitable candidates and referring applicants to alternative courses where appropriate. In addition to your admissions responsibilities, you will support outreach activities and contribute to the promotion of undergraduate study at LCF. This will involve participation in recruitment events, engagement with pre-degree students, delivering presentations and attending external recruitment opportunities. This is a maternity cover position initially for six months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the undergraduate recruitment cycle, in collaboration with Course Leaders to identify suitable applicant profiles and ensure that academic decisions are made effectively.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Undergraduate or higher degree in Business, Fashion or a relevant subject area.
- Experience in undergraduate or postgraduate recruitment within a higher education setting or experience of teaching undergraduate business subjects would be advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage resources effectively to achieve objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.
