About The Role

The Student Engagement and Enhancement team are looking to recruit an Assistant Co-ordinator. The post holder will:

  • Support the Student Engagement and Enhancement events, including but not limited to team administration, events administration and attending on-campus and online activities
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of specified Student Engagement and Enhancement programmes, which may include Spirit of Sussex Award (SoSA), Academic Skills and the Student Engagement Programme for underrepresented students.
  • Provide administrative, agenda and minute writing support.
  • Support our communications working group with the SEE newsletter and Instagram Social Media.

About You

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, experience of handling large volumes of tasks within defined timescales, and the ability to plan and organise their work. The candidate shall have experience in providing administrative support and a keen interest in event and workshop planning and managing social media platforms.
