The University of Sussex Students' Union seeks a Race Equity Advocate (REA) Coordinator to lead and support our Race Equity Advocates programme, ensuring the voices of racially marginalised students are heard in decision-making.

You will coordinate a team of 12 student advocates, work with university colleagues and elected officers, develop reports and recommendations from student feedback, and strengthen race equity structures across faculties.
