The University of Sussex Students' Union invites applications for an HR & EDI Manager.

This permanent role, based at Falmer House, 36.5 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends), reports to the Head of Support Services and leads people operations with a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion.

Salary is Grade 6.1 £35,972 per year. Applications close 10 August 2026 at 10:00 am; interviews will be held later in August. Start date as soon as possible.
