Overview
The University of Surrey is looking to recruit a recent graduate on a fixed term contract, as a Student Recruitment Advisor to contribute towards the University meeting its recruitment and admissions targets by attending a series of recruitment activities under the overall direction of the UK Student Recruitment Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and organise UK school and college events (both virtual and in person).
- Build a strong relationship with high performing schools.
- Arrange school visits and assist in key recruitment activities such as the Surrey UK Uni Search Exhibition and Confirmation and Clearing.
- Extensive travel, including weekend and evening work, as directed by the UK Student Recruitment Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good knowledge of the UK education system at higher levels and experience of delivering presentations.
- Strong understanding of applying to the higher education sector.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel and flexible hours.
- Recent graduate; fixed term contract role.
