A great opportunity for a Sales & Support Advisor to join Surrey Sports Park on a part time basis, providing high-level support to new and current members & users of the park.

You’ll ensure smooth running and professionalism of services and programmes, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to SSP’s revenue generation through the retention of our current members.

Surrey Sports Park is at the heart of sport and physical activity in Surrey, and our mission is to deliver the best possible sport, health and wellbeing experience to our University of Surrey students and to the wider SSP community.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide administrative services within a clearly defined section of work, operating with minimum day-to-day supervision in the planning, organising and performance of a wide-range of administrative support activities.
  • Manage any conflicting demands, possess a basic awareness of the options available, and be able to make effective and appropriate decisions.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of the support delivered across SSP, operating within well-established processes, policies and procedures.
  • Act appropriately in a variety of situations, administrative or guest-focused in nature.
  • Provide excellent customer service and experience, working with a number of IT, finance, and leisure management systems on a day-to-day basis.
