Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Operations department at Surrey Sports Park for three part-time (0.5 FTE), permanent Recreation Assistants.

We are looking for three proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized individuals to join our friendly and busy team. The role is active and varied, supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre.

This role involves working on a rota of approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends, early mornings, and evening shifts.

About you

If you have excellent customer service skills, are passionate about sport and fitness, and enjoy teamwork, please apply.

An RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. Training and funding will be provided for candidates who pass the swim test and interview.
