About the Role

  • Organise and coordinate the annual cycle of WOH events, including Welcome Week, research celebration days, recruitment and selection processes, and student training activities.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of student progress, outcomes, and EDI data.
  • Manage the WOH flexible fund, including transfer of funds to partners and overseeing payments for stipends, research expenses and other costs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to maintain and update the WOH website and generate engaging content.

About You

  • Experience in project or programme coordination, preferably in a research, higher education, or public health context.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality record keeping and reporting.
