The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The role will focus on the development and coordination of the rowing programme at Surrey Sports Park. You will oversee all aspects of rowing delivery: High Performance, Senior and Development squads. You will drive programmes focusing on participation and development, and coach and manage the performance squads representing Team Surrey in British University College Sport (BUCS) and other local and national competitions.

You will manage the rowing coaches and work with other internal departments (e.g. Campus and ClubSport teams) to ensure engaging and effective rowing delivery. Supporting the Performance Sport Manager, you will also be responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery of the partnership with Molesey Rowing Club. You are expected to apply your technical and practical knowledge of rowing to provide advice and coaching to further develop the sport.

You will manage your own work to ensure that key deadlines and objectives are met, with supervisory approval. You will actively contribute to the success of Team Surrey and improve the experience of Surrey students.
