We are seeking an experienced EDI Specialist and Charters Lead to help deliver our equality, diversity and inclusion ambitions across the University. Working within the EDI Team, you will lead the coordination and delivery of our equality charter submissions, including the Race Equality Charter and Athena Swan. You will work with colleagues across the University to gather and analyse evidence, engage stakeholders, develop action plans and produce high-quality submissions that demonstrate our commitment to inclusive excellence.
You will also support the delivery of the University's EDI Plan 2030 by providing expert advice and guidance to embed inclusive practice across the institution.
About You
You will have strong project management, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience coordinating complex projects and communicating effectively with a wide range of audiences. Knowledge of the Race Equality Charter and Athena Swan frameworks is essential, alongside a clear commitment to advancing equality, diversity and inclusion.
