Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our fabric department, based on Guildford Surrey, and work across The University of Surrey portfolio. We’re seeking a talented individual to enhance our team and contribute to maintaining most prestigious properties.
Role Overview:
As a Painter & Decorator, your duties will include:
- Preparing and treating surfaces for painting and decorating.
- Applying a variety of finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Installing decorative elements and materials.
- Assisting other trades when needed and contributing to broader maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring the highest standard of work in a client-facing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled professional with experience in painting, decorating, and surface preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
- Great communication skills, as you\’ll be working in client-facing environments and assisting with various tasks.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary, depending on experience.
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:10pm.
- 20 days annual leave rising to 25 – (1 each year of employment)
