About The Role

We\’re looking for someone to join our thriving Student Helpline team, providing information to people enquiring about studying at the University of Sunderland. This role is key in nurturing prospective students through their journey from interest through to application and enrolment.

You\’ll communicate with prospective students across a range of channels including email, telephone, and online live chat, while you will also be involved in Customer Relationship Management activities, wider marketing campaigns and reporting on the topics, patterns, trends, and volume of enquiries. We see this role as vitally important in projecting the University\’s friendly, inclusive brand to the public while positively impacting student recruitment.
