The University of Suffolk is seeking a Student Complaints and Conduct Officer for the Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct (OSACC) within Registry Services. You will manage a varied caseload including academic appeals, misconduct and student-related procedures, and provide expert guidance to students and staff.
