This position focuses on providing expert guidance on curriculum choices, managing student support systems, and overseeing advising and early warning mechanisms. The role also involves coordinating induction activities, attending key faculty committees, and ensuring students receive appropriate referrals for wellbeing and academic support.

In addition to student-facing responsibilities, the postholder will lead a small team of advisers and administrative staff and drive continuous improvement in student services. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in student support, a proactive approach to developing innovative support models, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging, and outstanding student experience.
