The Opportunity: Strathclyde Executive Education and Development (SEED) seek to appoint a motivated and ambitious programme administrator to its team to provide a wide range of administrative support duties related to a number of programmes within SEED’s portfolio. Reporting to the Operations Manager of SEED, you will provide administrative support to the programme team of ‘Help to Grow Management’ alongside providing support to a number of other corporate programme offerings. You will play a key role in contributing to our high service and delivery standards which underpin our overall objectives in ensuring operational excellence and delivery of an outstanding student experience.
To be considered for the role, you will be educated to HNC level coupled with some administrative experience or significant experience of working in a similar role related to programme administration in the Higher Education sector. You will be experienced in providing professional, high‑quality student and customer experience, with a track record of effective service delivery and operational excellence.
