The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

Estates Services covers the complete spectrum of Estates and Property Management from the initial concept of the need to acquire or dispose of space through to new construction, purchase or lease of property, thereafter, the necessary maintenance and provision of a variety of services required to support the academic and student community. The estate accounts for the second highest level of investment by the University after staff salaries. Estates Services supports the core business of teaching and research and plays an important part in strategic planning.

The department has a number of operational sections – Asset Management, Space Management and Planning, Project Management, Fabric Services, Mechanical Services, Electrical Services and Safety, Works Management, Security Services, Purchasing and the Print Unit, Catering Services, Residence Services, Administration and the Centre for Sport and Recreation.

As a member of the Fabric Services Team, you will be expected to work as part of a team undertaking general cleaning duties and to assist the Chargehand as required. You should have previous cleaning experience, a good working knowledge of cleaning equipment/machines and good communication skills.

The shift pattern for this role is Saturday 07.00am – 3.30pm and Sunday 07.00am – 3.30pm.
