The University of Strathclyde is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager to lead our retail catering operations across ten busy café outlets, in collaboration with the Deputy Retail Catering Manager, Supervisors and Team Leaders. You will recruit and develop staff, oversee stock and resource management, and drive sustainable practices across all outlets while delivering the Catering Strategy and annual operating plan.
