The role is to carry out minor repairs and assist and support the efficiency of the joiners in their carrying out maintenance and repair of University property e.g. planned maintenance of fire doors/final exit doors in accordance with legislation, planned maintenance and repairs to windows, all other general repairs to guarantee a safe environment for University staff, students and visitors within established service levels.

This support includes delivering equipment and materials to the job location and removing all debris and equipment on completion.

The candidate will be required to have a full clean driving license and be fit to carry out a lot of walking, driving and lifting.
