The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences IT department is recruiting an enthusiastic and proactive individual to deliver effective administrative support. You will join a small, dedicated team based in the Lord Hope Building, offering excellent service to faculty staff and postgraduate students.

Ideal candidates will be able to work under pressure, manage competing tasks, and prioritize workloads effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is highly beneficial.

Typical duties include:

  • Logging support tickets and dealing with in-person or telephone enquiries
  • Maintaining user accounts and IT asset records
  • Managing stock control for equipment supplies and consumables

This appointment is for 35 hours (5 days) per week, 9 to 5 working at our Glasgow-based University campus.
