We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to join our team on a fixed term basis. Leading a team of excellent HR professionals, you’ll provide HR business partnering support to the Faculty of Science within the University to support performance enhancement through our people. You’ll also lead on a range of University-wide strategically important HR projects and initiatives.
Educated to degree level, with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification and membership or equivalent, you should possess a proven track record of achievement in a senior HR role gained within a complex, multi-faceted environment. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully deliver a HR business partner approach, be highly resilient and possess the interpersonal skills which will enable you to develop effective working relationships at all levels across the University. You will possess strong leadership skills as well as the ability to make a positive contribution as part of a team.
