Strathclyde Business School is seeking a highly motivated andproactive individual to join as Faculty Officer (Strategic Planning)for a 12 month fixed term maternity leave.
Working closely with the Faculty Manager and Faculty ExecutiveTeam, you will play a key role in supporting the School's strategicplanning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvementactivities. You will coordinate the annual planning cycle, monitorkey performance indicators, support major strategic projects,undertake analysis and benchmarking activities, and providehigh-quality reports and recommendations to inform decisionmaking.
We are looking for an individual ideally with experience ofworking within a university environment, excellent analytical andorganisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesand projects simultaneously. You will be a confidentcommunicator with strong report-writing skills and a passion forinnovation, data-driven decision making, and operationalexcellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to developtheir strategic planning, project management and stakeholderengagement experience.
The post is offered at 0.8fte (28hrs per week). The work patterncan be flexible and will be negotiated with the successfulcandidate, although on campus working will be required. Pleasenote that the University are unable to provide sponsorship for thispost.
