This is an exciting opportunity to join the NMIS Operations Team, leading compliance to export control legislation and relevant sanctions imposed, ensuring relevant activities are carried out with the highest degree of integrity. You will also be working to ensure appropriate due diligence is carried out on the partners, customers and members we work with. This is to help us meet the growing demand for international collaborations and the expansion of technology areas we work in within NMIS.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in enhancing current export control, sanctions and due diligence processes, boosting the knowledge and skills of our workforce in relation to these areas and in the provision of expert advice where needed enabling compliant delivery of our projects to partners and customers wherever they are in the world.
Due to the nature of the work the candidate will be involved in, security vetting may be required and as such, it is essential that the candidate is able to gain UK security clearance at the level deemed appropriate by the organisation (this could be DV, SC or BPSS clearance).
