We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations and Transformation Manager to join our team on a Fixed Term basis. Leading a small team of Employee Relations Case Partners, you’ll have oversight of all formal employee relations cases providing advice and guidance to the case management team as required. You’ll also provide oversight and advice around University-wide strategically important people change projects and initiatives to support performance enhancement through our people.

Educated to degree level, with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification and membership or equivalent, you should possess a proven track record of achievement in a senior HR role gained within a complex, multi-faceted environment. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully deliver a HR business partner approach, be highly resilient and possess the interpersonal skills which will enable you to develop effective working relationships at all levels across the University. You will possess strong leadership skills as well as the ability to make a positive contribution as part of a team.
