The University of Strathclyde is seeking a Community Outreach and Participation Coordinator for the Anti-Racism Observatory for Scotland. This role focuses on outreach to adversely racialised communities, designing and delivering engagement programmes, and supporting panel member recruitment.

The position is fixed term until November 30, 2027, requiring flexibility for out-of-hours work and travel across Scotland. The coordinator will play a critical role in promoting community participation and tackling systemic racism, with support from the Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights.
