Salary range: £24,334 – £26,338 plus additional 5% non-standard working week payment.

Ross Priory Club are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to complement the existing kitchen brigade. The position will be based at Ross Priory, Gartocharn, Loch Lomond, G83 8NL, on the south shores of Loch Lomond. Full time position with defined benefit pension available and excellent working conditions. A 35 hour standard working week with enhanced rate overtime and a 5% additional non-standard working allowance. 27 annual leave days and 11 public holidays. Ross Priory closes during the Christmas and New Year period for approx two weeks along with the University.
Ross Priory is a stunning 17th century country house club and conference centre owned by the University of Strathclyde, magnificently set in 200 acres of parkland on the South shores of Loch Lomond. A wedding, conference & events venue and staff & membership club with 1600 house membership with golf course and boating facilities.
We require an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen brigade to produce best quality food to our varied client base. As Chef de Partie, you will be a key team player in a passionate brigade where your own food passion and interest can be nurtured and enhanced, and your experience be passed to junior chefs and assistants. You will have experience in the kitchen environment and have a passion to further develop your own skills, be hard working and have ambition appropriate for a kitchen with high standards and prepare food from scratch, assist in the preparation and production of good quality food, assist with food ordering, stock rotations and contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards. You will have experience in a similar role and/or a national recognised education certificate or relevant experience in a similar professional kitchen environment. You will require your own transport and driving licence.
