The predicted salary is between 24900 - 27644 £ per year.

We are looking to appoint detail orientated, people focussed Admissions and Applicant Engagement Advisors (3 x permanent and 1 x 12-month fixed term) to join our fast paced and dynamic Admissions and Applicant Engagement team.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications across a range of programmes and all levels of study at the University.
  • Develop connections with applicants to support the overarching admissions and conversion strategy.
  • Correspond and assist enquirers across a variety of platforms.

Qualifications

  • A Level or equivalent level 3 qualification.
  • Proven track record of customer service and putting customers first.
  • Experience using bespoke software systems.
  • Knowledge of the level 3 qualification market across the United Kingdom and the UCAS Admissions processes.
