About The Role
Acting as a vital link between the senior executive function and the broader university community, this role requires exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of the university's mission and values.
Main Responsibilities
- Executive support, to include the scheduling of appointments, meetings and visits, involving the coordination of travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
- Meeting administration, to include the planning and coordination of meetings, involving the distribution of agendas, presentations and reports for meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact, to include managing and prioritising a busy shared inbox, ensuring to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process payments, to include following internal processes to order for a range of requirements and support in the recruitment.
