We are looking to appoint detail orientated, people focussed Admissions and Applicant Engagement Advisors (3 x permanent and 1 x 12-month fixed term) to join our fast paced and dynamic Admissions and Applicant Engagement team.
Responsibilities
- Process applications across a range of programmes and all levels of study at the University.
- Develop connections with applicants to support the overarching admissions and conversion strategy.
- Correspond and assist enquirers across a variety of platforms.
Qualifications
- A Level or equivalent level 3 qualification.
- Proven track record of customer service and putting customers first.
- Experience using bespoke software systems.
- Knowledge of the level 3 qualification market across the United Kingdom and the UCAS Admissions processes.
