University of Staffordshire offers an exciting apprenticeship opportunity at our brand‑new Woodlands Day Nursery and Forest School, worth over £4 million and located on the Leek Road Campus adjacent to our Nature Reserve. The facility is sustainable, close to the city centre with excellent public transport links and onsite parking. Children will experience a wealth of outdoor learning, including nature identification, play‑based learning, den building and forest art.
We are looking to provide an exceptional apprenticeship training program—candidates can apply for a Level 3 or Level 5 Early Years apprenticeship.
The role offers:
- Salary meeting the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage
- Subject to enhanced DBS check
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship (this role does not meet the criteria for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship)
Benefits include 29 days paid holiday plus 11 days Bank Holiday and discretionary days, an excellent pension scheme, and a range of exclusive community benefits.
